WHAT IS THE SELF-DIAGNOSIS TOOL?

Are you part of your workplace’s management team? Do you play a leadership role at your establishment? Or are you an individual questioning the inclusion and safety in establishment you or your family visit?

In either case, the Self-diagnosis Tool’s questionnaire is a way for you to see where an establishment stands in terms of inclusion and safety offered to 2SLGBTQ+ people. This tool will help you think about ways you can make your environment a more welcoming and safer place for everyone.

Complete the questionnaire according to your role (individuals looking for a more inclusive and safe environment, or the person at the head of a workplace) directly on this website (see below).

You will get a score for your establishment and be able to see where it stands overall in terms of inclusion, from an environment that is not at all inclusive and safe, to one that is very inclusive and safe.

A variety of online toolkits are available on this website based on your score, giving everyone access to the right tools for the inclusion and safety of 2SLGBTQ+ people. You will not have to search through piles of documents, since they are all organized based on your establishment’s needs.

Completing the Self-diagnosis Tool will only take you up to 20 minutes and you can do it directly from a mobile device! It is sure to benefit many 2SLGBTQ+ people, their close ones and everyone at your establishment, including you!
